Enable Multiple Selection Feature Across Conductor (Play Queue, Playlists, Etc.)

Implement comprehensive multiple selection functionality across the platform, including Queue view and other relevant areas.
[Original post by the requester]
My queue is always full of my favorite songs. But sometimes I want to discover new songs and albums. This messes up my queue. So I clear my queue entirely from time to time, to then put my favorite songs back in. I do this, because I think of the lifetime of the SSD drive the Aurender plays/caches from. I don’t want to every day read and write to it and shorten its lifetime.
When discovering new music, for example a new album, all these tracks are added to the queue. I have to remove them one by one if I end up not liking the album.
My request:
I would actually like to be able to select multiple songs in the queue (just like selecting multiple pictures on an iPhone, preferrably by swiping over them somehow) and then remove them from the queue all at once.

Enhancements for multiple selection behavior (for playlists)

It would be very useful to be able to swipe down through the circles to delete multiple songs from a playlist instead of having to select each song individually.

Hi there! Thanks for bringing this up 👋
Just wanted to give you a quick update - we're actively working on this multiple selection feature. We've actually expanded the scope a bit to explore implementing it not just for queues, but across other relevant areas of the platform as well.
Rest assured, your original request is still at the core of what we're building. We'll keep you posted on our progress!

Hi AL1970 and fellow voters,
Hope you're doing great and thank you for exploring and using our feedback hub at this early stage. Yes, multiple selection behavior can be improved, indeed! Thank you for this invaluable feedback. 🌟
FYI: You'll receive email updates about any changes or responses to your feedback.
This post will either (1) be edited to better align with our holistic approach to the matter or (2) merge with other relevant task for a more streamlined management of this place.
We really appreciate your time and effort! 🙌

Why don't you create a playlist of your fav songs so you can load it whenever you feel like playing it, and just play new albums outside of that playlist and if you like certain songs but not others, add them to that playlist?

Because loading a playlist to the queue writes all the songs in it to the internal playback SSD drive each time and I want to avoid that to preserve the lifetime of this drive.

Unless Aurender uses the cheapest knockoff drives one could find on the second hand market, you will not "wear that drive out" even if you play music 16 hours a day.
Once a song is written/copied to the internal SSD drive it will be on there until the drive is full and space is needed for new songs, which is when it will wipe the songs that have not been played the longest. As soon as a song is played while on the internal SSD it will go back to the top.
It will not be erased every time a playlist is stopped or cancelled or deleted.

Hello Aurnder team, Heer Kunen has a good idea here, I've already thought about that I would appreciate that if you did something there, MFG Lanecki
