Feature Requests

Please add support for airable internet radio. Since vtuner is no longer a stable and reliable solution. Other vendors have moved on to support airable internet radio.

I am amazed that your company doesn’t even have USB detect or USB health feature on display . Your streamer doesn’t work with so many types of DAC and there is no way to know if it is USB handshake failure / port failure or DAC failure .

Please (include an option to) reverse the power button light strength. 50% (or less) when the device is on standby and 100% when active. I really don't need my entire room illuminated at night by a device that is not in use.

After I have switched on my A20 it needs some time to reach its optimum temperature. If I remember correctly there is a way to show the temperature on the frontdisplay, so the unit does measure its own temperature. Could it be made possible that the temperature of the unit can be seen in Conductor app in the device info menu? It is not an important thing, but it might be an idea?

In conductor the albums have their bitrate and format displayed. A feature I find very useful. However, they are outlined in blue. That gives a nervous and cluttered up overal image. If it had a black background, just like the album title, the info would be just as useful but the overall image would be more quiet to look at.

Apple Music support

I would really like to see Aurender team up with HQPlayer for the absolute best possible sound quality. Roon is fun for the pointless connection to all sorts of info many of us are not interested in. Roon also does not sound as good as the Aurender engine itself. It's eye candy at best. I bought my Aurender player for the excellent sound and build quality. The VTuner internet radio is quite unstable the last 6-12 months. Either it takes minutes to connect to VTuner and half the time it does not even connect to the service. The only solution is then to disable vtuner streaming to be able to use manually entered radio stations for example. Several other streaming vendors have moved away from Vtuner for internet radio integration so I do not understand why Aurender is still based on that service. For the record, the instability is not related to my network or internet since I can stream for hours non-stop on my Aurender N20 via Tidal.
