Disable Automatic Scroll in Queue

Option where I can choose if autoscroll is enabled or disabled. When I‘m looking for the next track in my queue and wait a little bit (5 seconds), it autoscrolls to the playing/current track. I would like to have an option for the queue list where I can disable this auto-scroll to current playing track. for example here, see attached screen
