When the TV is connected via ARC, turning off the TV also causes the Aurender to power off. I would like to request an option to disable this behavior, so that the Aurender can remain powered on independently even when the TV is turned off.

Hello team 👋,As spotify releases its lossless service, is it possible that Aurender A10 to improve the compatibility? So that the built-in spotify or Spotify connect to support music of lossless quality? Thanks for attention October 27, 2025

To be able to switch on the device from Aurender App

Please add a timer to the streaming radio so that it automatically turns off the stream and shuts down the players after 2/4/8/12/16/24/never hours

A 80% de l'installation sur mon aurender N10 l'installation s'arrête. L'aurender clignote puis s'éteint et se rallume avec l'ancienne version. Y a-t-il un moyen d'installer la dernière version. Est ce quelqu'un à le même problème.

In the help category there is the option to open the conductor user manual (I don’t mean the hardware manual). This stil leads to conductor 3. Admittedly this is stil helpful most of the time, but I’d like to see it updated anyway. It does not explain one or two things for my A20. I think conductor3 does not even know A20 exists.

In Settings, System Information, Advanced we see network information such as Subnet Mask and Gateway, but not the most vital information, the IP address. As I always use critical listening mode, I would find it convenient to see the IP address also here.

In the advanced settings of the A20 under ‘DAC filters’ is the option to put ‘High Sound’ and ‘Heavy Load’ on or off. I have experimented with them and to my ears the sound is a tad more friendly with these set to off. Might also be my imagination. The point is that the title of these settings is all info I have. Maybe it is an idea to add a short description with these settings? Or with all DAC filters settings as a matter of fact: titles like ‘high current’ or ‘short roll off’ don’t tell much. It is just a small thing, the settings don’t make a whole lot of difference and the A20 sounds great whatsoever. But experimenting is nice, knowing what it is you’re doing is better.

Allow users to change the name of their input channels. For example, users could rename 'Optical' to 'TV' for easier identification and organization.
